Top 5 Tips for Successful Applications
- When there are multiple prospective viewers at an open home, please don't be discouraged or delay applying. If the property will be a great fit for your family, quickly submit your application.
- Include a copy of the drivers license or passport ID for each named tenant.
- Confirm how many days notice you need to give at your current address before applying. If you signed on a fixed term tenancy, when does it expire?
- Attach any questions or extra information you feel would be beneficial. Our form provides some room for this and you're welcome to attach a separate page.
