Tatiana’s career path prepared her perfectly for property management. Early on she gained a diploma in hospitality management, which allowed her to develop excellent people skills and organisational abilities. She has also worked at a major building supply company doing estimations, a job that gave her a good understanding of house construction and material costs. In 2008 Tatiana became a property manager in central Auckland. A property investor herself, she is known for her ability to identify the best tenants for each property she manages. Tatiana believes that getting the basics of tenancy right - rent paid on time and respect for the property - sets the stage for success. When she’s not working, Tatiana enjoys the beach life in Orewa. She keeps fit with swimming and jogging.

I'm a good communicator, because I worked in hospitality before I became a property manager. Whether they are property owners or tenants, I know what people need and how to look after them. I'm quick to address small issues before they turn into big problems.
