She’s adept at helping landlords to harness the passive income of investment property ownership without stress and worries. Diane ran a successful dance school for many years and and movies about dancing are one of her favourite forms of entertainment.
Communication is really important. My philosophy is to respond quickly to every email and phone call. With tenants I make a point of emphasising that they can call me about anything - they mustn’t be scared to call when something needs work. Quick attention makes sure little issues don’t become big problems.
